Lifetime Warranty on all my hand fabricated pieces. If something breaks due to a failure in my workmanship, then I will refund, exchange, or repair for free. Customers will pay for shipping for repaired or returned items.
All my pieces are sterling silver, copper, or brass. Some pieces will have natural stones in them. There is no special way to care for these pieces and no chemicals are needed, and will in most cases damage pieces over time. If a piece does get tarnished badly, then a simple polishing cloth will remove the tarnish. Most of my pieces have a satin finish on them which will be damaged by using abrasive cleaning methods. A simple soap and water approach is best. Any hair products or skin products can discolor your jewelry as well.
If you receive a piece of jewelry that you do not like, by all means, please send it back for a full refund. I have a lifetime guarantee on all my pieces and will refund, exchange or repair any defective pieces. I take pride in my work and want you to trust my craftsmanship. I also want this to be a stress free process if it were to ever happen.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
9.2 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or a person authorised by us to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
