All my pieces are sterling silver, copper, or brass. Some pieces will have natural stones in them. There is no special way to care for these pieces and no chemicals are needed, and will in most cases damage pieces over time. If a piece does get tarnished badly, then a simple polishing cloth will remove the tarnish. Most of my pieces have a satin finish on them which will be damaged by using abrasive cleaning methods. A simple soap and water approach is best. Any hair products or skin products can discolor your jewelry as well.
If you receive a piece of jewelry that you do not like, by all means, please send it back for a full refund. I have a lifetime guarantee on all my pieces and will refund, exchange or repair any defective pieces. I take pride in my work and want you to trust my craftsmanship.
