There is no special way to care for these pieces and no chemicals are needed, and will in most cases damage pieces over time. If a piece does get tarnished badly, then a simple polishing cloth will remove the tarnish. Most of my pieces have a satin finish on them which will be damaged by using abrasive cleaning methods. A simple soap and water approach is best. Any hair products or skin products can discolor your jewelry as well.
If you receive a piece of jewelry that you do not like, by all means, please send it back for a full refund.
