Refund policy

If you receive a piece of jewelry that you do not like, by all means, please send it back for a full refund.  I have a lifetime guarantee on all my pieces, and will refund, exchange, or repair any defective pieces.  I take pride in my work and want you to trust my craftsmanship.  I also want this to be a stress free process if it were to ever happen.

The customer pays for shipping back to the merchant.

I will refund money as soon as piece is returned to me and found undamaged (this is only in cases of a piece of jewelry that is not loved, does not pertain to pieces that are broken due to poor workmanship)
